Invented in 1845 as a method of telling time in the dark, the minute repeater function of the watch gently chimes the current time using three different tones at the press of a button while the perpetual calendar correctly displays the month and date - even during leap years! 2 programmable alarms and dual timezone modes help you stay on top of your busy life. The watch is powered by Citizen's famed Eco-Drive movement which is powered by light and never needs a battery change (once fully charged by light, the watch will work for up to 9 months in the dark).
The watch is just as beautiful as it is functional and features a 42mm (1.65") solid stainless steel case and caseback, a black and silvertone dial with dual subdials, AM/PM indicator and a date display surrounding the dial. A push/pull crown at the 3:00 position and 3 function pushers complete the design of the case. The watch comfortably rests on your wrist with its solid stainless steel bracelet, secured by a hidden push-button stainless steel safety deployment clasp. The watch rates water resistant to 30 Meters (100 Feet - 3 ATM).
